Return of hair will only be accepted if lace has not been cut offf, it’s not showing any signs of wear, no perfume/odour, makeup etc.

If you choose a refund, we do not refund delivery fee.

Wig Construction Policy


Customization may vary depending on the hair and lace closure/frontal you provide. We cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly or your knots will bleach to the correct level. It is recommended that you purchase a wig from our collection to avoid this issue. We accept hair that has been previously used for unit construction but the hair needs to be clean and free of any thread or glue.

Ready to wear: 1-3 business days
Custom untis: 7-15 business days
Premades: 7-14 business days
Unit maintenance: 5-7 business days
Unit Customization: 5-7 business days
Closure/ Frontal replacement: 7-10 business days
Extensions, Closure/frontals, and accessories: 3-7 business days

Shipping: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 2-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. In order for you to receive your package you have to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your package. In the event you are not able to sign for your package please reach out to your local delivery office to schedule a re-delivery. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
